STUFFED MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 (12 oz.) containers mushrooms, cut up
1 med. onion
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
Oil, if necessary, to hold together

Saute onion in butter with garlic, salt and pepper. Add cut-up mushrooms and simmer in above mixture. Add bread crumbs, parsley flakes and enough oil to hold together. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
