EXOTIC ONION BREAD 
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/3 c. water
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Soak onion in water 5 minutes. Combine egg, milk and Tabasco. Add to biscuit mix and stir until blended. Stir in onion and water. Pour into 8-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Spoon melted butter over all.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings.

Double this recipe for 9 x 9 square pan. Triple for 9 x 13 pan.
