FILLED NOODLES 
3 c. flour
4-5 eggs

Mix together for dough. Dough will be sticky and rubbery when rolling.

FILLING:

8 slices bread
1 lb. smoked sausage (I take out casing)
1 med. onion

Work sausage, onion, and bread together. Add 4-5 fine eggs. Roll into balls about the size of a small orange. Roll dough into squares and place ball of filling into square. Seal the dough around the filling - no holes. Boil water and chicken or beef bouillon, add noodles and boil 20-30 minutes. Remove and drizzle brown butter over top. Serve with pepper, cabbage, or cole slaw. Can prepare noodles the day before and cook right before you serve.
