EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 large potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
flour
salt
pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole. Slice potatoes thin. Sprinkle with onion and garlic. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Make about 3 layers. Dot top with butter. Cover all with milk. Cover and bake at 350°F about 40 minutes (or until soft; as cools will thicken).
