EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Salt & pepper to taste Mix together. Put in 3 quart casserole. Top with 1 cup crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
