CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
1 can whole kernel corn plus juice
1 egg
1 stick butter

Mix in a 2 1/2 greased casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until lightly brown.

To increase servings, add 1 additional whole kernel corn, drained and 1 extra egg. Hope you enjoy.
