MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
10 medium potatoes (boiled and mashed)
small jar of chives
6 pieces of bacon (cooked crisp)
small package of shredded cheese
can whole kernel corn (drained)

Put mashed potatoes in a casserole bowl and add all ingredients except the cheese. Crumble the bacon before it is added. Mix these and pour cheese on top.

Bake on 350°F until cheese is melted.
