THE EMBERS PORK CHOPS 
MARINATING SAUCE:

2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dark molasses
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix together and bring to boil. Cool. Put 6 (1 lb.) pork chops in pan. Pour sauce over chops and refrigerate overnight. Next day remove from sauce, place in baking pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake about 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 375 degrees until tender.

RED SAUCE:

1/3 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (14 oz.) bottle Heinz ketchup
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Combine and bring to a slight boil. When chops are tender dip in red sauce. After dipping place in a baking pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until slightly glazed. Marinate and red sauce can be re-used if brought to a boil and stored in refrigerator or frozen.
