COCONUT BALLS | |
1/4 lb. butter 1 c. sugar 1 pkg. dates 1 egg beater 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 2 c. Rice Krispies Coconut Combine first 4 ingredients and cook about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add nuts and Rice Krispies, blend well and shape into balls while it is hot and roll balls in coconut. |
