1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. salad dressing
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. horseradish

Heat pineapple, juice and all, then add Jello. Cool. Add rest of ingredients and pour in mold. Don't add all of horseradish if it seems too strong for your taste. (Some use only 1 tablespoon.)
