SWEET AND SOUR SAUSAGE KABOBS 
KABOBS:

1 lb. fully cooked Kielbasa sausage, cut into 20 pieces
2 red cooking apples, each cut in 10 wedges
1 lg. green pepper, cut into 10 strips

GLAZE:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. apple juice
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. grated orange peel, optional

Alternately thread sausage, apple and pepper on skewers. In saucepan, combine glaze ingredients and cook until boils and thickens. Barbeque over grill and brush with glaze. Cook over coals until sausage is hot and browned (about 10 minutes).
