TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
FOR 6 SERVINGS:

1 can Chinese noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 (7 oz.) can chunk style tuna
1/2 can (about 1/4 lb.) cashew nuts
1 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
Salt and pepper

FOR 54 PEOPLE:

9 cans Chinese noodles
9 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/4 c. water
9 (7 oz.) cans chunk style tuna
4 1/2 cans cashew nuts
9 c. finely diced celery (1 lg. stalk celery makes 3 c.)
2 1/4 c. minced onion
Salt and pepper

Set aside 6 cans noodles to top casserole. In wide pan, mix soup, water, tuna, nuts, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle rest of noodles over top, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
