SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Smokey Sausage Links
6 slices bread, cubed
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

Cut bread and place in 9x9 pan. Slice sausage links into small pieces and spread evenly over bread. Slightly beat eggs and add salt, milk and cheese. Pour over bread crumbs. Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake 1 hour at 350. Reheat individual servings in microwave oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
