CLAM PASTRY PIE 
1 c. chopped clams
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. clam juice
1 lg. chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour mixed with clam juice to make paste
1 tbsp. sugar
8 crumbled Royal Lunch Milk Crackers
Pie crust for top & bottom
1 tbsp. tapioca

Mix all ingredients except pie crusts, sprinkle 1 tablespoon tapioca into pie shell, add ingredients, top with 3 pats butter. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with top crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
