CRANBERRY TUNA SALAD | |
2 c. tuna 2 eggs, hard-boiled 1/2 c. chopped, stuffed olives 1 pkg. Knox gelatin, dissolved 1 c. celery, diced 1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine 1 c. salad dressing 1/4 c. cold water Add 1/2 cup hot water to gelatin. Mix all ingredients and let set 20 minutes. CRANBERRY TOP: Beat 1 can cranberry jelly until liquid. Add 1 package lemon Jello dissolved in 3/4 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup orange juice. Pour over tuna mixture. |
