RAW CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 qt. cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced apple
1 c. Diamond walnuts

Grind cranberries (or chop). Dissolve gelatin in orange juice. Mix sugar with cranberries. Let stand for 15 minutes. Mix "all" ingredients together and put in refrigerator until serving.

Taste best when made 2 or 3 days before serving with your turkey dinner.
