TUNA CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
2 cans tuna, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped onion

Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve in boiling water. Add all ingredients and spoon into 8"x8" pan. Chill until firm. 3/4 c. boiling water 1 c. whole cranberry sauce 1/4 c. orange juice

Mix and spoon over chilled tuna mixture. Chill overnight. Serves 8.
