RICE CHILI VERDE 
1 1/2 c. rice (Uncle Bens, 20 min.)
1 can green chilies, drained
1 lg. container sour cream
2 pkgs. Monterey Jack brick cheese

Salt and pepper chilies to taste and mix with sour cream. Cook rice according to directions. Layer rice, sour cream, chilies, and a layer of Monteral cheese about 2 to 3 layers, ending with rice. Bake at 350 degrees over 1/2 hour.
