1 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. caramel chips

Melt sugar and syrup over medium heat, stirring constantly. Make sure not to over heat. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Blend in cereal and spread in 9"x13" pan. Melt chocolate chips and caramel chips over hot water (not boiling). Mix together and spread over mixture. Cool and cut into bars.
