FRESH PEACH PIE | |
Graham cracker pie crust 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped 6 to 8 peaches Cream the cream cheese with a fork. Add powdered sugar. Mix together. Add vanilla. Fold whipped whipping cream into this mixture. Put a layer of this mixture in bottom of pie pan. Put in refrigerator. Let chill for 1 hour. Peel and slice peaches. Layer peaches and cream mixture in pie pan. Let chill before serving. |
