CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1/3 stick melted butter
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
Cheddar cheese, grated

Add all ingredients together and mix. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. After baking, top with cheddar cheese while still hot.
