1 c. mashed potatoes
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of wheat
1 egg

Form ball or tube and cut 1 inch. Put in boiling water and boil 20 minutes. Serve with fried sauerkraut and gravy. Good.
