2 onions
3-4 potatoes
6 eggs
1 tsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper

Slice onions and cook until transparent. Add potatoes, cut in cubes and cook in olive oil until potatoes are tender. In separate bowl beat eggs, add potato and onions to eggs. Cook until set. Season to taste. Serve cold.
