CHUTNEY SAUCE FOR MEATBALLS OR
COCKTAIL FRANKS
 
4 to 6 lbs. meatballs or franks
2 1/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. mango chutney
4 c. chicken broth
9 tbsp. corn syrup
9 tbsp. soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Add browned meatballs and/or cocktail franks to a sauce made up of the remaining ingredients. Combine those and cook, stirring often, until smooth and thickened. The meatballs or franks should cook slowly, until glazed. This sauce will burn easily if cooked at too high heat.
