GIANT BURGER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 tbsp. horseradish, drained
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Onion rings or 1 can French fried onion rings

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat and salt; divide in half. Pat one half evenly in ungreased 8" pie pan. Mix cream cheese, mustard and horseradish. Spread over meat in pan. Shape remaining meat into 8" circle. Place on cheese mixture; pinch edges together to seal.
