FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. water
2/3 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves
4 tbsp. water
Fresh fruit such as Kiwi, strawberries, bananas, peaches, grapes

Combine first 4 ingredients and pour into greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until set in the middle. Cool. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cooled crust. Slice fruit. heat preserves and 4 tablespoons water in a saucepan. Allow it to cool slightly, then lightly toss fruit slices in the preserves mixture. Arrange on top of the cream cheese mix. Chill.
