STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. firmly chopped pecans
2 pkg. (4 serving) Jello brand strawberry flavor gelatin
2 pkg. (4 serving) Jello vanilla flavor pudding & pie filling
2 1/2 c. water
3 pt. strawberries, hulled & sliced
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine flour, pecans and butter; mix well. Press evenly on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Combine gelatin, pie filling and water in medium saucepan; blend well. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in strawberries. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour over cool crust. Chill until set, about 5 hours. Garnish if desired.
