STRAWBERRY CHIFFON SQUARES 
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 25)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
4 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

In a small pan, melt butter, stir in crumbs. Pat firmly in bottom of 11"x7" baking dish. Chill. In large bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir in Eagle Brand milk and undrained strawberries. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until set.
