2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sour milk
2 eggs

Mix flour, brown sugar, salt, and shortening with a fork. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. To rest of mixture, add rest of ingredients. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
