VANILLA ICE CREAM 
2 c. (1 pt.) Borden's half & half
2 c. Borden's whipping cream
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk, not evaporated
2 tbsp. vanilla

In large bowl combine ingredients, mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to freezer instructions.

For fruit ice cream, reduce half and half to 1 cup. Add 1 cup pureed or mashed fruit. 1 1/2 quarts.
