GRAMMY SIRVIS PORK PIE
(TOURTIERE)
 
1 lb. pork
5 potatoes
1 lg. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pie crust

Put first 5 ingredients through grinder and place in crust. Dot with butter. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350-360 degrees.

Variation: 2 cups freshly mashed potatoes (no milk), cinnamon, all spice. Can substitute 1 small can salmon for pork.
