BEEF AND MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. fat
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. grated cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Cook onions and green pepper in fat. Add meat, salt, garlic, and chili powder, brown lightly. Arrange layers of meat mixture, layer of macaroni, layer of grated cheese. Pour 1 can tomato sauce over. Repeat layers again. Pour remaining tomato sauce on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
