BETTY'S SPINACH SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1/2 pkg. spinach
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 (#2) can bean sprouts, well drained
8 slices bacon, crisp & chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, minced

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Tear spinach leaves into bite size pieces. Add eggs, bean sprouts and bacon crumbles. Set aside. Prepare dressing by blending together oil, ketchup, sugar, white vinegar, salt, Worcestershire sauce and minced onion. Add dressing to salad green mixture and rub lightly. Serves 8.
