PEANUT PORK KEBABS 
2 lbs. pork tenderloin cut into lg. cubes
2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. molasses
1 c. hot water
1 c. chunky peanut butter, fresh is best if available
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons

Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth paste.

Put cubes in non-metallic dish and pour marinade over and turn cubes to coat well. Marinate covered in refrigerator overnight turning occasionally.

Thread on skewers and cook over hot coals for about 15-20 minutes or until done.
