CRUNCHY CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 whole eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
2 c. chow mein noodles

Beat butter and sugars until creamy and fluffy, beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add sifted dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and noodles. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Makes 7 dozen.
