10 qts. powdered milk (non fat dry)
1 (11-13 oz.) jar powdered non-dairy creamer
1 bx powdered sugar (4 c.)
1 (16-32 oz.) can instant chocolate drink mix (like Hershey's cocoa mix)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Place in a large container. Add 4 tablespoons of mix to 1 cup of hot water; mix well.
