EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
2-3 lbs. boneless chicken
1 bunch fresh broccoli, or 10 oz. frozen
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Bread crumbs

Parboil chicken 10 minutes, drain. Cook broccoli until tender and drain. In 13 x 9 inch pan, layer chicken (cut into pieces) and broccoli. Mix soup and 1/2 cup mayonnaise and spread on top of chicken and broccoli. Top with cheese, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
