EASY CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon, pudding in the mix, cake mix
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Set aside 1 cup dry cake mix. Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil. Press in bottom of greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile, combine the cup of cake mix, 2 eggs and remaining ingredients; beat on low speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into squares.
