MINT SURPRISE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugars; beat well. Add eggs, water, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Cover and chill for 2 days. Pinch dough and wrap around mint (Rockwood Mint Wafers). Place on greased cookie sheet. Top each with walnut half. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, 15-20 minutes.
