1 pkg. (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla flavor instant pudding
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chocolate chips (can use more)

Combine all ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and stir with a fork until blended about 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan and cut into squares. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired.
