1/4 c. oil (put in pan first)
1 chocolate cake mix
1 (4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water

Mix ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
