CREAMY CUCUMBERS 
1 doz. cucumbers
Salt
Sour cream
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of pepper

Peel 1 dozen cucumbers. Slice them as thin as possible. Salt them well and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then put in a strainer and let them drip dry for 5 minutes. Add sour cream to cover, (approximately 1 cup). Stir in a pinch of sugar and pepper. 6 servings.
