1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cucumber, finely chopped
3 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 tbsp. minced onion

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in salt. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; stir into gelatin. Chill to egg white consistency. Fold in cucumber, pimento and onion. Chill.
