LAZY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, beaten lightly
1/4 c. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
1 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Cook at 375°F for 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 300°F. Cook until custard is set and pie is golden brown.
