BUTTERMILK CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 dash salt
1 pie shell

Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Blend on medium speed until smooth and well mixed. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 50 - 55 minutes.
