1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. dry Bisquick
1 jar Cheez Whiz (at least 8 oz.)

Mix sausage (softened to room temperature) with other ingredients. Form into balls about the size of quarter or larger and bake on cookie sheet for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. (It depends on the size of balls and how brown you want them.)
