SEAFOOD QUICKIE 
8 oz. pkg. imitation crab meat, chopped
2 c. shrimp, diced
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
5 oz. can evaporated milk
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced pimiento
2 drops Tabasco sauce

Mix diced shrimp and crab meat. Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Pour into buttered 2 or 3 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6; freezes well.
