KRISTI'S SCALLOP POTATOES 
4 lbs. potatoes, quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can filled with milk
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
12 slices American cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to tate
Garlic to taste

Preferably in a crock pot, add cheese, soup, milk, onion, spices; leave crock pot on High until mixture has melted. Add potatoes and stir. Turn crock pot down to low. Stir potatoes every 1/2 hour for 3 hours or until tender.
