3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. oil
Milk for consistency

Combine all ingredients and cook on hot griddle (lightly greased) until bubbly. Then turn and cook other side until golden.
