BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage 18 eggs 2 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. shredded sharp cheese Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cook and stir bulk sausage over medium heat until it browns; drain. Place sausage in greased baking dish 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Beat eggs, milk, and salt; stir in cheese. Pour egg mixture on sausage. Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes. 18 servings. |
